Roy is an experienced entrepreneur and senior level executive with over 30 years of experience in marketing, business development, and operations in the mobile telecommunications and technology sectors. He primarily works with organizations that provide services to the growing number of at-risk and underprivileged children caused by the expanding wealth and wellness gaps in the United States. Roy currently serves as Board President of the nonprofit Mid-Fairfield Child Guidance Center, a provider of mental health services to children and families. In 2018 he engineered the acquisition of Mid-Fairfield by New Haven-based Clifford Beers, where he is also a current board member and member of the Strategy Committee.
Roy is also a member of Social Venture Partners – CT. Since 2009, he has served on the American board of Hope Homes International, a nonprofit orphanage in Eldoret, Kenya. He most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer of CycloPure, Inc., a material sciences company that develops water purification technologies. Roy is a longtime resident of Weston and lives with his wife, two children, and a fearless pack of deer which constantly devour his shrubbery.
